Local Lodge Sessions
The Minnesota Elks Association has 24 local lodges throughout Minnesota each serving their local community. Each local lodge has a one week session assigned every year during which they can send kids from their surrounding area to the Elks camp. There is no requirement to be affiliated with the Elks for these sessions. Persons knowing young people who otherwise would not have such an opportunity to attend a camp are urged to contact their nearest Minnesota Elks Lodge. If you are unsure which lodge serves your community you can find the nearest lodge by looking at our Local Lodge Map.
The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks pay all necessary camp fees for campers. Members of your local Elks Lodge arrange transportation to and from the camp.

- Registration is easy. There are several forms to be filled out. Fill out the Application Form and the Medical Form as these are required forms.
- The optional form is our Special Diet statement. It should be used for kids that have special dietary needs that we need to be aware of during their stay. Parents or lodge recruiters should call ahead to check if we can provide for the needs beyond allergies (diabetes, gluten free, etc.) There may be some special diets that we are not able to accommodate.
- Once you complete the forms you can drop them off or mail them to your local lodge. The lodge coordinator will take it from there.
- You will receive confirmation from the Camp Directors confirming your child's spot and the assigned week.
- You will need to provide transportation for your child to the pick up point on the Sunday beginning your camp session. In most cases, this is the local Elks lodge. The lodges provide chaperones to accompany the kids on the bus for the ride up to camp. Often, the local lodges will also provide snacks and/or lunch on the trip.
- You will also need to pick up your child at the assigned meeting spot the following Friday at the conclusion of camp.
