Helpful hints for using the online registration software:
- Need Active Email: You must have an active email address to register. If you do not, please contact Wendy for assistance.
- Potential Error Message: Once you have created your account, you may receive an error message on the web page stating there is no one in your account eligible to attend. This is okay. It simply means that you have to click the 'Add Person' on the web page to now add your child.
- Registration Confirmation: Once you have completed the various online questions, you will receive a "Thank you for registering" confirmation. This means your registration was successful. You will also receive an email confirmation that your child has registered.
- Uploading Health History and Vaccination Records: Once registered, you can upload your child's health history and vaccination record. To do this, log in to your account and click on the menu (three bars) and click on Document Center. You can upload PDFs or image files (eg. jpgs, gifs). Simply click on "Upload Document" to upload the proper form. If you do not have one, you click on the links on the web page to download sample forms.

- Health History / Physical : Every child needs to have had a physical conducted 90 days prior to attending camp. If your child hasn't obtained a physical, please have one completed prior to camp. Click on the link to download a sample physical form.
- Immunization / Vaccination Record : We also need a copy of the child's current immunization record. Click on the link to download a sample form.
- Packing List : The list contains the suggested items to send with your child to camp.
