Elks Kids Week Registration

We have implemented a new registration system for Elks Kids Week Campers. PLEASE READ the information below carefully as it will make your registration process easier.
The new registration software will allow you to register multiple children as well as easily upload their medical/physical and immunization records prior to attending camp. 
  • You will be able to create an account using your email address under which you can register your child and then at a later date upload required forms etc. It will allow you to easily register multiple children.
  • If you are an Elks member, PLEASE USE the discount code ELKSMEMBER when paying for your child's registration. You may be asked to provide proof of membership at the time of the session. Non-members do not receive the Elks discount.
  • Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation, log in to your account and verify all the information has been completed.

Helpful hints for using the online registration software:
  • Need Active Email: You must have an active email address to register. If you do not, please contact Wendy for assistance.
  • Potential Error Message: Once you have created your account, you may receive an error message on the web page stating there is no one in your account eligible to attend. This is okay. It simply means that you have to click the 'Add Person' on the web page to now add your child.
  • Registering more than one child: IMPORTANT! if you are registering more than one child, you must register the first child and then to register each additional child you must return to this web page and click the link for the session to which you want to register them. Otherwise the system won't know which session to assign them
  • Registration Confirmation: Once you have completed the various online questions, you will receive a "Thank you for registering" confirmation. This means your registration was successful. You will also receive an email confirmation that your child has registered.
  • Uploading Health History and Vaccination Records: Once registered, you can upload your child's health history and vaccination record. To do this, log in to your account and click on the menu (three bars) and click on Document Center. You can upload PDFs or image files (eg. jpgs, gifs). Simply click on "Upload Document" to upload the proper form. If you do not have one, you click on the links on the web page to download sample forms.
